Welcome back Zutarians,

It is Zutara Week once again! This Year is going to be different than other years. I incorporated all of the prompts into one story! So each day you will be receiving an image and a snippet of the fanfiction in the discription! The theme as you can see is the Sadie Hawkin’s dance. Now I was homeschooled… so don’t criticize if my Sadie Hawkins is different than they usually go…

Anyway, ENJOY ZUTARA WEEK 2014!!!!

Day 1: Melancholy

“Its that time again!” Sokka said

“Why are you so excited about it?” Aang asked, raising an eyebrow.

“Because the girls chase us this time! If I’m lucky, maybe Yue and Suki will get in a cat fight at cheerleading practice over me. Oh, it will be beautiful.”

“Speak for yourself,” Zuko chimed.

“What about that goth stalker chick of yours?” Sokka snickered back.

“She won’t even talk to me. Besides I doubt she would be caught dead at a dance,” Zuko rolled his eyes.

The other boys snickered. “Cheer up, emo boy.” Sokka started walking away towards class. “Maybe you will make it to the next dance.”

Aang followed, “Dances aren’t that fun anyway.”

“Whatever,” Zuko turned around and unlocked his locker to receive his textbooks for class. As the door opened, a piece of paper attacked him from the inside his locker door. He flinch but caught it before it slipped to the floor. Someone had slipped a letter into the small slit of his locker door, but who could this be from?
